This light-flooded holiday home offers you plenty of space on 2 floors, a large terrace, own garden and is only 10 minutes away from Legoland and the motorway.

An oasis of well-being has been created on 110 square meters, in which up to 8 people can leave everyday life behind. After an eventful day, you can end the evening with a glass of wine on the terrace with a great view - your first row in the sunset cinema. The children can spray their last strength in the play corner or the large garden before saying goodbye and sliding into the land of dreams in the comfortable beds with high-quality mattresses.

There is also a big cinema with the flat-screen TV (satellite TV available). You can stay in touch with your loved ones via the free WiFi and let them participate directly in your holiday full of adventure.

If you enjoy cooking, this will be child's play in our fully equipped kitchen. From a 4-ring stove to a microwave, a coffee machine and a kettle, everything is available to serve a wonderful breakfast, lunch or dinner. Save extra time in the morning with a second, separate toilet so that you can quickly jump back into the next adventure.

There is a bus stop and a grocery store opposite the holiday home. The city of Günzburg with its numerous shops is only 5 min. away.
